diferentes u opuestos. Las personas introvertidas,
que tienden a ser más reexivas y menos inuen-
ciadas por los estímulos sociales, pueden ser me-
nos propensas a las compras impulsivas, por lo
que la inclusión de ambos rasgos ofrecería una
visión más completa del papel de la personalidad
en el comportamiento del consumidor digital.
En resumen, entender las diferencias de com-
portamiento entre la Generación Y y la Genera-
ción Z permite a las empresas desarrollar estra-
tegias de marketing más especícas y ecaces.
Al abordar estas preferencias generacionales y
aprovechar las características únicas de Insta-
gram, las empresas pueden alinear mejor sus es-
fuerzos promocionales con los comportamientos
de los consumidores, lo que mejora la ecacia de
su marketing.
