Abstract

From the beginning, traditional morality encourages the pursuit of a universal good in accordance with pleasure; principle that neoliberal capitalism advertise for a position in the imagination of the subjects as a political and economic model capable of seeking global unlimited pleasure. Faced with such aspirations, psychoanalysis make us wonder about Law, desire and pleasure, while advocating an ethic in concordance to the real against the utopia of unlimited enjoyment.
