Abstract

Turn as a political stance on the historical knowledge and political reality of the peoples of Latin America. A reading of these dominant structures guided by a neoliberal posture of gross power through international organizations, fnancial institutions and corrupt governments over the last 50 years. The Turn decolonial, revising their declarations conceptual, a reading which seeks to reposition purpose spaces of popular speech. The turn calls into question the current logic of certain systems of power and seeks to offer conceptual elements which enrich and invite re- rotate with the knowledge of history and of how to rethink society and strengthen ideological positions to combat the ambiguity of power generating companies repressed. A tour resistance with a stand that explains “turn - of -colonial - mind” in response to no more impositions and other equity resources.
