Hacia un marco interpretativo de la asistencia internacional del desarrollo

Abstract
Este texto realiza una recapitulación de la línea argumentativa pre-sentada en mi libro "Hacia una teoría de la asistencia internacional para el desarrollo" y propone un marco de interpretación de la asistencia internacional para el desarrollo (en adelante AID), desde sus orígenes hasta inicios del milenio se sitúan los hitos que marcaron los giros más importantes de transformación en la retórica de la AID, a partir de tres varia-bles: los intereses de los donantes, la estructura organizacional en que se canalizó la asistencia, y los modelos epistemológicos que delinearon las políticas de desarrollo.
